Installation & Care Recommendations

  • Setting Material: Always install using a high-quality white polymer-modified thin-set or white medium-bed mortar. Standard gray cement can bleed through light marble and cause permanent staining.
  • Subbase: Can be sand-set over a densely compacted aggregate base or mud-set over a sloped concrete slab.
  • Sealing: To protect your investment against organic stains, leaves, and oil, seal all sides with a premium water-based, penetrating (impregnating) stone sealer before or immediately after installation.
  • Maintenance: Clean periodically with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and water. Avoid pressure washing at extreme PSI levels to protect the leathered texture.
