Return & Refund Policy

At Sinai Marble & Stone, we strive to provide the highest quality natural stone products. Because our inventory is reserved specifically for each customer's order and many products are natural, imported, or special-order materials, all sales are considered final unless otherwise authorized in writing by Sinai Marble & Stone.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

Requests for returns or refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of Sinai Marble & Stone.

Approval of a return does not guarantee a refund.

Authorized Returns & Refunds

If Sinai Marble & Stone approves a return or refund request, the following conditions apply:

• Prior written authorization is required before any material may be returned.

• Material must remain in its original, unopened packaging and be in resalable condition.

• If the material has been delivered, it must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• A 35% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

The 35% restocking fee applies regardless of whether the material has been picked up, shipped, delivered, or remains at a Sinai Marble & Stone facility awaiting shipment. Once inventory has been reserved for a customer's order, it is removed from available inventory, occupies warehouse space, and may result in lost sales opportunities.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges unless otherwise approved in writing by Sinai Marble & Stone.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit:

• Discounted or clearance material

• Closeout products

• Special-order or custom-fabricated material

• Material that has been installed, altered, cut, sealed, or otherwise modified

• Material not in its original packaging

• Products returned without prior authorization

Natural Stone Variations

Natural stone is a product of nature.

Variations in color, veining, texture, shade, calibration, size, and surface characteristics are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

No two pieces of natural stone are identical.

These natural variations do not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.

Breakage & Freight Damage

Natural stone products are shipped on pallets and handled multiple times throughout the shipping process.

Up to 10% breakage per pallet is considered an acceptable industry tolerance and should be accounted for when ordering material.

Claims for replacement, refund, or credit within this tolerance will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all shipments are made FOB Origin (Shipping Point). Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been accepted by the freight carrier.

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, visible damage, or freight-related issues must:

• Be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

• Be photographed whenever possible.

• Be reported to Sinai Marble & Stone on the same day delivery is completed.

Sinai Marble & Stone will reasonably assist customers with freight claims but is not responsible for freight damage occurring after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled as new purchases.

If an exchange is approved, any approved return will be processed according to this Return & Refund Policy, and a separate order must be placed for the replacement material.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees, freight charges, credit card processing fees, or other authorized deductions.

Please allow 10–14 business days after the returned material has been received and inspected for approved refunds to be processed.

Collection Costs

If legal action becomes necessary to collect any outstanding balance owed to Sinai Marble & Stone, the company reserves the right to recover all collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, court costs, service fees, collection agency fees, and interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
