All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. In cases where returns are approved, a 35% restocking fee will apply.
If legal action is required to collect outstanding debts owed to Sinai Marble and Stone, Inc., the company reserves the right to recover all legal expenses, including court costs, attorney fees, service fees, and interest at the maximum allowable legal rate.
Natural Product Variations
Sinai Marble and Stone, Inc. products are made from natural materials and may vary in shade, size, and calibration. No two tiles or pavers are identical.

Up to 10% damage per pallet is considered acceptable. Claims for credit or refunds within this range will not be processed.

Claims for shortages or damages exceeding this limit must be submitted on the same day delivery is completed.

We offer worldwide shipping, including container loads directly from our factory, as well as custom sizing options.

Standard Return Policy
To qualify for a return:

The crate or pallet must remain sealed and unopened.

The tiles or pavers must remain in their original condition and unaltered from the packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email onlinesales@sinaimarbleandstone.com. If approved, send returns to:

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages exceeding 10%, or if the wrong item was delivered, contact onlinesales@sinaimarbleandstone.com immediately to address the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the original item following the return policy. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
