Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email.

Weight Cap Policy

Orders exceeding 20,000 lbs will require a manual quote to ensure the best shipping price. If an order exceeds this weight limit, customers will receive a notification to contact us directly, and their cart will be automatically emptied. This ensures accurate shipping arrangements for heavy orders.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sinai Marble & Stone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
