While many materials are available for immediate sampling, certain stones may require extended lead times depending on current inventory, production schedules, or import availability. Some sample requests may take approximately 10–14 weeks for fulfillment.

Samples will be sent as a 4x4, 6x6 or 6x12 format depending on the stone and quantity ordered.
